I bought this range a month ago after moving to a much smaller apartment. Debated with myself for weeks prior to purchase about whether or not I really needed the double oven and I am so happy I decided YES! I do quite a lot of baking and this range is working out wonderfully!

Excellent innovation to basically perch a toaster oven atop a convection oven, insofar as saving money, promoting energy efficiency, and helping the environment is concerned.
Heats up with laser focus and speed, and delivers overall even cooking in the top oven and on the burners, so far - haven't used the lower oven, yet, but am looking forward to seeing how convection heating performs.
My only real complaint is the cleaning of the stovetop: why, for goodness sakes, doesn't the manufacturer or distributor include (at least a free sample) the specialized cleaning agent called Affresh?
Otherwise, after your first use, you are left wondering why you can't remove the residue off of the glass stovetop with conventional cleaning agents such as soap and water, 409, or even Softscrub????
I even read the brochure for directions on cleaning and, ultimately, had to call the company; the phone agent actually had to tell me to order Affresh.
Why the oversight for such a fine product?

I love the look and the cooktop of my new range, the ovens are a little complicated, especially trying to set timers etc. I'm sure it will get better. I wish everything was not computerized. I prefer knobs! Also, the lower oven door touches the floor when fully open and that is the only way to remove what is in the oven.

It's been a long time since I had a new oven and it took some time to get used to the new features such as the convection oven and the new types of cooking options on the cook-top surface; but it works great. There is a lot of space so I can put more dishes in one oven at a time and the food cooks evenly. The cook-top heats quickly and has some great options such as a warming spot and a melting spot.

Bought this stove a month ago. It is difficult to see exactly where the knob is pointing for each burner since high and low are next to each other with selections for burner sizes.
The stove top is ugly after a month and I try hard to clean it and it looks horrible.
It will be appreciated if a good cleaner and appropriate clear would be recommended for the stove top.

I've only had this stove a week but so far am thrilled. I find the stove top very easy to clean - just follow the directions. I love the appearance. I am enjoying having 2 ovens. The small one is great for smaller items. Both ovens preheat much faster than anticipated.

I have had the range for several months- love the range but grease dripped between the lower oven door - the door has large vents which collects grease but am unable to get door cleaned on the inside which makes the new stove look terrible - unable to find information as to how to clean the inside of the oven door - I am sure I am not the only one that has had this issue - not the quality of a $1400 range

This is so easy to use, I haven't even had to look at the manual. It basically walks you through your selections. The frozen cook feature works amazing, and it is such a space saver as compared to a double wall oven and separate cook top. Clean and efficient. And very stylish. Easy to clean.

I had been looking at ranges with double ovens for a while and when my local dealer had this model, I decided it was the time to buy one. I love it. The smaller oven is perfect for a quick snack or heating up some chicken nuggets or fries. Then when I want to cook a whole meal, I can cook the main dishes in the larger oven and still do a dessert or bread at a different temperature in the small oven. That is only half of it. The cooktop has three different size burners to accommodate different pan sizes and the heat control is awesome. I can melt butter or chocolate and cook eggs or grill sandwiches and everything turns out great with nothing overdone. I used to get a crust around the edge of my scrambled eggs but no more. I can also simmer tomato sauce without any annoying splashing out of the pan. I have all Whirlpool appliances in my kitchen and I know they are reliable. I am so glad my dealer recommended this range.

I just got this a little over a week ago, and I love it so far. Was able to bake four (4) pans of gobs at once in the convection oven in just ten (10) minutes and they were all evenly baked! The top is a pain to keep clean as all the smooth tops are, but so far, just loving this oven!

I got this delivered 2 weeks ago and I've had fun trying out all the features. The different size options for pans on the burners is great! I love having the top oven the same width as the bottom. My previous top oven wasn't as wide so limited what cookie sheets/bake pans I could use. Love it lets you know when the oven is finished preheating and ready for your dish. And with the bottom convection oven, it will be perfect cooking for the holidays.

We've had our Whirlpool double oven range for a few months now and I'm loving it! It's nice to be able to use the smaller top oven for casseroles etc. and not have to heat up a big oven for a smaller item. The rapid pre- heat is great and I'm amazed at how quickly it heats up. I was a bit concerned about being able to keep the glass top looking nice after reading previous reviews. I have found that keeping up with splatters and spills is the key. I wash the top with hot soapy water as soon as possible and buff with my Norwex microfiber cloth which keeps the glass nice and shiny! I keep salt or sugar granules that might come in contact with the top wiped up immediately to prevent any scratching of the glass. I even use my cast iron skillets. Just be careful when setting them down and you should be fine. I like that after the initial timer goes off, it will beep every minute to remind you. ( something my old oven did not do and if I was in another part of the house when it went off...too bad!) It's not too difficult to figure out the control panel. It guides you and and tells you what to press next. Plus...I love the sleek look of it, very classy looking! If you're in the market for a double oven range, I would definitely recommend this one.

The glass top smears easily and is hard to clean off. Also, I wish it were a tad higher in height so it was level with countertops. The stove is also not Flush with the wall behind it....don't know if the cord won't allow it to move back a bit. Those are my only issues. It is cooking great....love the double oven. Glad I purchased it.

I really like the features of this oven. Lots of options for the stovetop--a warming area and a melt option. The burners come on very quickly unlike electric stoves I have used in the past. I really like having a double oven. Lots of options with the ovens. The stove is very easy to operate.
The only problem I have is with the ovens and that is more due to my just needing to learn how to use them. the top oven racks are much closer to the heating elements and food can burn more easily than it does in a bigger oven where food is much further from the heating elements. I probably need to use the lower oven more and I also need to learn to cook with the convection feature. The stove automatically adjust temperature for convection but I have just never used convection before.
I really like this stove. very pleased with it and am excited to learn to cook with it.
I tried to order the cleaning kit but the link didn't work and, though I contacted the company about that, they sent an auto response but never got back with me about that. I finally ordered a kit from amazon. For this review, the link to your privacy agreement does not work.
